All monthly Memberships will be charged at an agreed upon flat monthly rate of the Membership tier selected on an auto-pay system 
and a THREE (3) MONTH MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP is required before being eligible for cancelation or upgrade.

Membership Benefits cannot be combined with any other discount, package or promotion unless otherwise specified and cannot be applied to previously purchased or scheduled treatments, packages or promotions. Benefits can only be used by the original paying member and cannot be assigned or transferred to any another person.
